        • Confirming property ownership or authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Identifying underground utilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Providing safe site access<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Removing personal obstacles when possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Scheduling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Project schedules are subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Emergency response timing cannot be guaranteed due to weather conditions, road accessibility, safety risks, and ongoing emergency demand levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Emergency projects may receive scheduling priority based on severity and public safety concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Property Risks<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Tree service operations involve heavy equipment, falling debris, and ground impact. While reasonable precautions are taken, certain risks may exist during tree removal and land clearing operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Customers acknowledge these operational risks before service begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Media Release<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Unless otherwise requested in writing, the company may use non-identifiable project photos for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Customers should provide notice as early as possible for cancellations or scheduling changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              The company reserves the right to reschedule projects due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or emergency workload demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
